I'm back!
State response 4 seems to end in the middle of a sentence, is there another page to it?

I'm still recovering from vacation, so bear with me here. What exactly is the main goal of this appeal? A new trial? Possibility of no felony conviction? I mean, she can't have too much longer in jail unless she hasn't been getting good time. By the time the appeals court issues their opinion it could be Christmas. What is this all for?

Welcome back, Neleh!

The pages posted are all I have--they're just the short summaries within the briefs filed by each side, so it's complete through all 7 points, in that sense. Hope that makes sense. The heat has fried my brain.

I'm not sure, but I think the ultimate goal of the appeal would be to get the convictions overturned, with or without a retrial.
